Caffeine intake more than 200mg per day is not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Do not consume caffeine from other sources while taking this product. Caffeine interacts with the liver enzyme CYP1A2. A Cup of instant coffee containers approxiamately 80mg of Caffeine. Limit the use of caffeine container products (including tea and coffee) when taking this product. Discontinue use 2 weeks prior to surgery. Do not exceed one serving within a 24 hour period.
