General Information
Intoleran is a Netherlands based company that has been providing support products for specific food intolerances and gut health since 2008. Monash University FODMAP Certified across most of the range. Enjoy food again!
Warnings
A healthy lifestyle and a varied, balanced diet with consideration to your food intolerance is important in addition to any nutritional or health supplements. A dietitian can advise you on how to manage your food intolerance. Our range are not therapeutic items to modify the underlying cause of your intolerance, it can assist processing of food in your gut as an extra support or safety net when you need.
Common Uses
Lactose Intolerance - For those with lactose intolerance that prefer drops they can add directly into liquid or cream at the time of eating or drinking, or in advance. This product contains the enzyme lactase.
Ingredients
?Ingredients per mL: 2990 FCC Lactase. Excipients: glycerin (vegetable), purified water. No preservatives - glycerine allows this product to be viable for two years from opening.
Directions
Directions for IMMEDIATE use: 5 to 10 drops per 125 ml of milk product, shake or stir.
Directions for NOT IMMEDIATE use: 5 drops to 1 litre of milk, shake or stir and leave in refrigerator for 24 hours. For thicker or sweet liquid products (whipped cream, custard) use 7 to 10 drops per litre.
Please note that Lactase Drops are not suitable for acidic products such as yoghurt and buttermilk. For this we recommend our tablet and capsule options that can be taken at the time of the meal or drink, regardless of acidity
