General Information

The Atomo HIV self-test is a single-use, rapid blood test designed for individuals to privately test themselves for the presence of HIV antibodies in their blood.

Ingredients

Paper Test Strip: A test strip inside a plastic cartridge.

Test fluid: a diluent that is added to a blood sample.

Instructions: A set of instructions for performing the test.

Disposable bag: A bag for disposing of used test materials.

Contact Card: A card with NZ contact information for questions or concerns about the test or results.

Directions

1. Prick your finger to obtain a small drop of blood.

2. Place the blood drop on the test strip.

3. Apply drops of test fluid tp tje test strip.

4. Wait for the test to complete.

5. Check the test strip for two lines.

Control Line: Appears if the test was performed correctly.

Test Line: Appears if the sample contains HIV antibodies.
