DO NOT USE ON THE SKIN OF INFANTS. THE ELDERLY OR PEOPLE WITH FRAGILE OR SENSITIVE SKIN UNLESS PACK IS COVERED.

MICROWAVE OVENS VARY IN POWER. HEATING TIMES WILL VARY DEPENDING ON THE MICROWAVE. IT IS RECOMMENDED TO START HEATING CAUTIOUSLY AND GRADUALLY INCREASE THE TIME TO ACHIEVE DESIRED HEAT. NEVER LEAVE IN THE MICROWAVE UNATTENDED. DO NOT HEAT FOR MORE THAN 20 SECONDS CONTINUOUSLY AT A TIME. EXCESSIVE HEATING WILL CAUSE PACK TO BURST OR LEAK. IF PACK STARTS TO BULGE, STOP MICROWAVE IMMEDIATELY. DO NOT USE UNLESS PACK IS COVERED WITH A TOWEL. BE CAUTIOUS WITH USE ON PEOPLE WITH FRAGILE OR SENSITIVE SKIN.

USE ONLY as directed.

Directions

1. Fill the ice bag with ice cubes or crushed ice, taking care not to overfill.
2. Securely seal the bag using the provided screw top.
3. Insert the bag into the strap and secure it onto the injury site.
4. If application becomes uncomfortable, remove pack for a few minutes, then reapply.
5. After use, empty the ice bag and allow it to dry before storing.
