Directions
Peel upper and lower strips from backing liner. Using a mirror, apply the gel side of the strip to the front teeth. Align to your gum line. Fold excess strip over teeth. Wear strip for 60 minutes. Remove strip gently and rinse. Wear time: 30 mins to a max of 1 hour.
