Directions
Extend your tongue out of your mouth, and place the tongue cleaner as far back as comfortable. From back to front, gently scrape down the entire length of your tongue, repeat until clean and rinse tongue cleaner between scrapes.
Rinse with warm water and dry after use. Store in a cool, dry, hygienic place.
