General Information

Healthy Care Zinc Complete1-A-Day provides healthy immune system function support. Designed with Vitamin A, B6, C, D3, Zinc, Magnesium, Manganese and Copper to promote immunity.

Warnings

Adults only. Vitamin and mineral supplements should not replace a balanced diet. The recommended daily amount of vitamin A from all sources is 700 micrograms retinol equivalents for women and 900 micrograms retinol equivalents for men. This medicine contains zinc which may be dangerous if taken in large amounts or for a long period. If symptoms persist, talk to your health professional. Contains Sulfites, Soya bean products and Gluten. Do not use if cap seal is broken. When taken in excess of 3000 micrograms retinol equivalents - vitamin A can cause birth defects. If you are pregnant - or considering becoming pregnant - do not take vitamin A supplements without consulting your doctor or pharmacist.

Supports skin health, maintains reproductive system health in males, relieves common cold duration, supports energy production.

Ingredients

Zinc amino acid chelate (Zinc 30mg) 150mg, Sodium ascorbate (Ascorbic acid (Vitamin C) 50mg) 56.6mg, Retinol acetate (Vitamin A 500micrograms retinol equivalents) 573.5micrograms. Colecalciferol (Vitamin D3) 10micrograms. Pyridoxine hydrochloride (Pyridoxine (Vitamin B6) 8.23mg) 10mg. Manganese sulfate monohydrate (Manganese 2mg) 6.15mg. Heavy magnesium oxide (Magnesium 50mg) 82.9mg. Cupric oxide (Copper 1mg) 1.25mg.

Directions

Adults: Take 1 capsule daily, or as directed by your healthcare professional.
