Our formulation has science-backed dosages of clean, high quality ingredients to support muscle tone, exercise performance and energy, to get the most out of a workout.

Ingredients

Amount per serving (11g):
Creatine Monohydrate 5000 mg
Taurine 3000 mg
Beta-Alanine 800mg
L-theanine 200mg
Additional ingredients: Natural Flavours, Natural Sweeteners (Monkfruit Extract, Steviol Glycosides), Beetroot powder, Citric Acid.

Directions

Ages 12+: Mix 1.5 Tbsp (11g) in 200mL of water. Stir well. For optimal results, take 15-30 minutes before your workout. If you are sensitive to Beta-alanine, we recommend taking this with a pre-training snack.
