Amount per serve:
Lemon balm extract (5% Rosmarinic acid) 600mg
Ashwagandha root extract (KSM-66) (5% Withanolides) 500mg
L-theanine 200mg
Vitamin B12 as Methylcobalamin 50mcg

Directions

Adults (ages 12+): 2 capsules daily in the morning with or without food.
