Solgar® 7 contains nutrients to support the joints. This formula has been designed to support joint health by supporting normal mobility, flexibility and range of motion. This formulation brings together 7 bio-active ingredients that support joint health and comfort after exercise, sport or other physical activity.

Solgar® 7 contains:
UC-II - a standardised form of collagen
Boswellia
Turmeric root
Willow bark
Ginger root
Pepper spice complex
Ester-C - a patented, fast absorbing form of vitamin C, which stays in the body for up to 24 hours and supports normal collagen formation and helps support normal cartilage and bone health.

Vitamin C (as Ester-C®, calcium-L-Ascorbate), Boswellia (Boswellia serrata) Extract (resin) (as 5-Loxin Advanced), Vegetable Capsule Shell: hydroxypropylmethyl cellulose, Bulking Agents: maltodextrin, potassium chloride, Turmeric Root (Curcuma longa) Extract (4:1, equivalent to 200 mg of root), UC-II® Standardised Cartilage†, Willow Bark extract (Salix spp.) Extract (5:1, equivalent to 175 mg of bark), Ginger Root (Zingiber officinale) Extract (4:1, equivalent to 140 mg of root), Pepper, Cayenne Powder (Capsicum annuum (fruit)), BioPerine® (Black Pepper Extract) (Piper nigrum (fruit)), Anti-caking Agents: vegetable magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide.

Directions

Adults: Take 1 capsule daily, in between meals or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
