Evening primrose Oil is often taken by women seeking hormonal support and is often recommended to support healthy nourished skin. The benefits of evening primrose oil (EPO) are due to the omega-6 polyunsaturated fatty acid, gamma-linolenic acid (GLA), content of this oil.
