Ingredients

Creatine Monohydrate, L-Citrulline, Flavour, Food Acids (Malic Acid, Citric Acid), L-Tyrosine, Sweetener (Sucralose), Caffeine Anhydrous, Citrus Aurantium (Bitter Orange Extract - Synephrine HCl), Colours (Tartrazine, Sunset Yellow FCF, Allura Red AC).

Directions

Mix 1/2 - 1 scoop in a shaker with 500 mL of cold water and shake well. To enhance the taste and flavour, try mixing your serve with less water.

Always assess your caffeine tolerance. Start with 1/2 scoop and work your way up to 1 scoop.
