Ingredients

ACTIVE INGREDIENTS IN EACH 1.1ml DOSE: 
Skullcap (Scutellaria lateriflora) tinc equiv dry herb and flower 121mg; 
Californian Poppy (Eschscholzia californica) tinc. Equiv dry herb & flower 121mg; 
Linden Flowers (Tilia spp.) tinc equiv dry flowers 66mg; 
“Noble” Kava (Piper methysticum) tinc. equiv dry root 60.5mg; 
Also contains non- palm vegetable glycerine, ethanol, and natural flavours.

Directions

Adults and children over 12 years: 
5 sprays into mouth, 
up to 3x during the night.
