Ingredients

ACTIVE INGREDIENTS IN EACH 10ml DOSE:
Passionflower (Passiflora incarnata) tinc equiv dry herb & flower 600mg
Valerian (Valeriana officinalis) tinc equiv dried root 300mg  
Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera) tinc equiv dry root 200 mg
Lavender (Lavandula angustifolia) tinc equiv dry flower 100mg
Hops (Humulus lupulus) tinc equiv dry strobile 100mg
Also contains non-palm vegetable glycerine, ethanol and mandarin essential oil.

Directions

Adults and children over 12 years: 5ml. 
Take two doses 30 minutes apart before bed. 
Repeat if needed to a maximum of 5 doses in a 24 hour period. 
Shake well before use.
