Ingredients

75mg Valeriana officinalis (Valerian) dry extract; 23mg Humulus lupulus (Hops) dry extract; Melissa officinalis dry extract; maltodextrin; colloidal anhydrous silica; microcrystalline cellulose; stearic acid; purified talc; povidone; copovidone ; sucrose (saccharose); titanium dioxide (E171); maize starch; liquid glucose; carnauba wax; white beeswax; shellac; camellose sodium; polysorbate 80, indigo carmine (E132). Contains sugars.

Directions

Recommended dosage for adults and children 12 years of age and older: To support restfulness: 2 tablets with water 2-3 times daily. To support sleep: 2 tablets with water, 1 hour before bedtime and another 2 at bedtime.
