Do not take Remifemin Meno-Support if you are allergic to Actaea racemosa (Black Cohosh) or to any of the excipients listed on the pack.

Do not use Remifemin Meno-Support if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Keep out of sight and reach of children.

Do not use if blister backing is damaged.

In very rare cases - Black Cohosh has been associated with live failure. If you are experiencing yellowing of the skin or whites of the eyes - dark urine - nausea - vomiting - unusual tiredness - weakness - stomach or abdominal pain - and/or loss of appetite - you should stop using this product and see your doctor.

Ingredients

Actaea racemosa (Black Cohost) extract dry concentrate 2.5 mg from dried rhizome 21.25mg; powdered cellulose; potato starch; magnesium stearate; lactose monohydrate. Contains sugars as lactose monohydrate.

Directions

Adult women - take 1 tablet twice a day with water.
