Begin by cleansing your face thoroughly to remove makeup, dirt, and impurities.
Apply NIGHT CAP to your face at night time. Using your fingertips, gently massage into your skin using upward and outward motions. Avoid rubbing too harshly, as retinol can be irritating, especially when you're starting to use it.
Avoid applying NIGHT CAP to sensitive areas like the corners of your eyes, nostrils, and lips. These areas can be more prone to irritation.
After NIGHT CAP has absorbed into your skin (usually around 3-5 minutes), apply a moisturiser to lock in hydration. This step is crucial, as Hydroxypinacolone Retinoate can be drying.
Vitamin A can increase your skin's sensitivity to the sun. Therefore, it's essential to use a broad-spectrum sunscreen with at least SPF 30 during the day to protect your skin from UV rays.
Start Slowly: If you're new to using a vitamin A, start by applying it every other night or even just a couple of times a week. This allows your skin to build tolerance and minimize the risk of irritation. Do not use Vit A in the mornings.
