Common Uses

Berberine is a bioactive alkaloid sourced from the roots of Berberis aristata, a plant belonging to the Barberry family. Caruso’s Berberine 500 contains a standardised extract of Berberine. It helps support healthy blood sugar balance
and sugar and carbohydrate metabolism. Berberis aristata is also used in Traditional Ayurvedic Practice to help protect the liver and support bile flow.

Ingredients

Each tablet contains:
Berberis aristata (Indian Barberry) ext. dry conc. ....... 1g (1,000mg)
From min. dry root 90g (90,000mg)
Std. to Berberine 500mg

Contains tabletting aids.

Directions

Adults take 1 tablet, up to 2 to 3 times daily
with each main meal, or as advised by your health professional.
