General Information

George Bonnington opened his first chemist shop in Nelson, New Zealand in 1854 and created a cough mixture using Carrageenan (Irish Moss) sweetened with honey as a remedy for coughs.  This popular remedy continues to be known as Bonnington's Irish Moss.

Warnings

Provides relief from coughs due to colds, flu and bronchitis.  
Soothes coughs and sore throats.  
Calms and quiets coughs

Ingredients

Each 10 mL contains: Menthol 4 mg, Camphor 9 mg, Liquorice Liquid extract 240 mg, Carrageenan 13 mg, Ipecacuanha 3.8 µL

Directions

Take 10 mL.  Repeat every 2 hours as needed
