Common Uses

Caruso’s Hair Food® is a one-a-day nutritional formula for men and women which supports hair health. It contains valuable vitamins, minerals and nutrients which support healthy hair follicles and scalp health. Caruso’s Hair Food® is also great for your skin and nails. Nicotinamide (Vitamin B3) supports skin health and Zinc supports skin healing and regeneration. Silicon supports collagen formation and the health of connective tissues, which are important for healthy hair, skin and nails. The Biotin (Vitamin B7) in the formula supports nail strength and thickness and reduces brittleness and chipping.

Ingredients

Each tablet contains:
Calcium Pantothenate 300mg equiv. to Pantothenic Acid 274.83mg equiv. to Calcium 25.17mg, Inositol 100mg, Colloidal Anhydrous Silica 53.5mg equiv. to Silicon 25mg, Zinc Sulfate Monohydrate 41.16mg equiv. to Zinc 15mg, Nicotinamide 20mg, Riboflavin 5mg, Biotin 2.5mg, Folic Acid 90 micrograms

Directions

Adults take 1 tablet daily with food or as advised by your health professional.
