Common Uses

Caruso’s Hair, Skin & Nails beauty complex is a high strength formula with Biotin, Silicon and Zinc for beautiful hair, skin and nails. Just one tablet a day supports healthy hair follicles, scalp health and hair thickness. It also supports nail strength and thickness and reduces nail brittleness and chipping. Caruso’s Hair, Skin & Nails also contains Vitamin C to support the formation of collagen and Vitamin B5 to support the healing of minor skin wounds and support skin regeneration.

Ingredients

Each tablet contains:
Calcium Pantothenate 250mg equiv. to Pantothenic Acid 229.03mg equiv. to Calcium 20.98mg, Colloidal Anhydrous Silica 213.9mg equiv. to Silicon 100mg, Biotin 2.5mg, Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C) 50mg, Zinc Citrate Dihydrate 46.73mg equiv. to Zinc 15mg, Inositol 50mg, Choline Bitartrate 48.62mg equiv. to Choline 20mg

Directions

Adults take 1 tablet daily with food or as advised by your health professional.
