General Information

Pharmacy Medicine - a cough liquid that reduces chesty mucus cough symptoms with a double action - breaks down and liquefies mucus to help expel mucus from the chest. Suitable for diabetics.

Warnings

Do not use this medicine in children under 6 years; if seal is broken; if past the expiry date; with any other medicine (including complementary medicines) used to treat common cough and cold symptoms. Products containing sorbitol may have a laxative effect or cause diarrhoea. If symptomes persist, see your doctor or pharmacist.

Common Uses

Use this medicine to reduce chesty mucus cough symptoms - double action: breaks down and liquefies mucus to expel mucus from the chest. Suitable for diabetics.

Ingredients

Each 10mL of oral liquid contains: Bromhexine hydrochloride 8mg and Guaiphenesin 200 mg. Also contains Sucralose, Saccharin Sodium, Sorbitol and Sodium benzoate.

Directions

Adults and children 12 years and over - 10mL, every 4-6 hours as required (maximum 4 times per day). Children 6-12 years - before use, seek healthcare professional advice. 5mL every 4-6 hours as required (maximum 4 times per day).
