Ingredients

Whey Protein Isolate (Milk) (70%), TENDOFORTE® Collagen Peptides (Sulphites) (16%), Prebiotic Corn Fibre, Natural Colour (Beet Red), Natural Flavours, Digestive Enzymes (0.4%) (Papain, Amylase, Protease, Lactase, Lipase), Acidity Regulator (Citric Acid), Antifoam ing Agent (Silicon Dioxide), Sweetener (Sucralose).

Directions

When: Consume 60-90 minutes before exercise or within 30 minutes after exercising.  Or enjoy any time of the day as a protein and collagen top up.

How: Add 30g (approx. 3 level scoops) to 300-400ml of cold water to a glass or shaker, and mix until dissolved. Consume immediately.
