Zinc (from Citrate) - 5mg

Contains natural flavours, natural sweeteners, and minerals. No preservatives. No added gluten, egg, dairy, soy or wheat.
 

Directions

Adults:  Take 1 sachet daily with food, or as professionally advised.

Children 9 years & older:  take ½ sachet daily with food, or as professionally advised.
Can be taken with or without water

Suitable during pregnancy and breastfeeding.  

Take supplements 2 hours away from other medications.
