Bamboo extract (equiv. to silica): 120 mg; Premium marine collagen: 100 mg; Selenium: 50 mcg; Vitamin B6: 2 mg; Vitamin C: 60 mg; Vitamin D3: 12.5 mcg (500 IU); Vitamin E: 26.8 mg (40 IU); Beta-carotene: 6 mg; Zinc: 15 mg; Biotin: 1.3 mg. Also contains encapsulating aids & colouring.

Contains: No added artificial flavours or preservatives. Contains fish & soy. Do not exceed daily dose due to selenium being toxic at high dose. Do not use if allergic to seafood. Please consult your health professional before taking if pregnant or breastfeeding. Store below 25°C with lid tightly closed.
