Ingredients

• Valerian (V. officinalis) root and rhizome ext. equiv. to: 1000 mg
• Hops (H. lupulus) flower ext. equiv. to: 250 mg
• Passionflower (P. incarnata) herb ext. equiv. to: 75 mg
• Ginger (Z. officinale) root: 30 mg

Also contains tabletting aids.

Directions

Adults take 1-2 capsules daily with food, 30 minutes before bed.
