Directions

Getting Started
Sterilise your Hello Disc before you first use it. To do this, use our Hello Steamy steriliser; our portable microwave sterilising case, Hello Caddy; boil it for three minutes on a stove or soak it with 1/4 of a sterilisation tablet in a glass of water for 15 minutes.

Inserting Your Hello Disc
Fold your Hello Disc longways. Pinching the sides together at the top, insert the tip, angling it toward your tailbone. The tab end should be the last part of the disc to enter your body. Push the disc up as high as you can and tuck the rim behind your pubic bone.

TIPS: • Be sure to keep the double-loop tab centered while inserting
• A drop of water-based lubricant on the rim can aid insertion

Removing Your Hello Disc
The Hello Disc patented double-loop tabs make removal easy. Hook your index or middle finger through one of the loops and slowly remove your disc. As your Hello Disc exits your body, pull the tab upward so the disc tips and empties away from your hand.

If you have trouble finding a loop, gently bear down. This will dislodge from behind the pubic bone. Alternatively, squat to reach the disc rim, pinch and remove.

The number of times you need to empty your Hello Disc will depend on your flow. Do not leave your disc in for more than 12 hours.*
