Ingredients
Water (Aqua), PVP, Glycerin, Copernicia Cerifera Cera, Stearic Acid, Sorbitan Sesquioleate, Cera Alba, Triethanolamine, Phenoxyethanol.
Directions
1. Place the Eyeliner Stamp applicator on the outer corner of your eye and press gently to create the wing.
2. Trace Liquid Liner from inner corner to connect the wing.
