Caruso’s Super Magnesium Powder Berry is a delicious powder which combines six different forms of magnesium with Vitamin C, Zinc and Taurine. It is naturally sweetened with the herb Stevia and is ideal for people who find it difficult to take tablets. One dose a day of Caruso’s Super Magnesium Powder Berry provides the full Recommended Daily Allowance of 300mg of Magnesium and is a convenient way to support your dietary needs. Magnesium supports relaxation and comfort for tense muscles. It also supports normal muscle health, muscle function and bone health. Magnesium supports heart health and healthy cardiovascular system function. It also supports the health and function of the nervous system and a healthy stress response in the body. Magnesium supports menstrual comfort for muscle tension, mood swings and fluid balance in premenstrual women. The Zinc and Vitamin C in Caruso’s Super Magnesium Berry are antioxidants which help to decrease the formation of free radicals and reduce free radical damage to body cells. Zinc and Vitamin C also support immune system health and skin health.
