Directions

Please read the full Instructions for Use provided with the product prior to using.

• With the unit off, fully insert the preferred massage head by pressing firming into the device.
• Press the Power ON/OFF button and hold for 3 seconds to turn it on.
- Speed Indicator will light up BLUE
- Speed level will default to start at level 1.
• Press the Power button again to adjust the speed to levels 2, 3 and 4(maximum)
• Press the Power button again to loop back through each speed level.
• The number of BLUE LED lights indicates which speed level the device is set on.
- Minimum speed is Level 1, Maximum speed is level 4
• Massage the desired body part at the desired speed applying pressure as needed, moving across the body's soft tissue for approximately 60 seconds on each region.
• Hold the Power Bitton for 3 seconds to stop the device.

STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS

Wipe away any dirt or dust from the product
Turn off the ON/OFF button and store it inside the supplied portable case.
Store in a safe, cool, dry place away from children.
