Caruso’s K2+D3+Magnesium combines support for bone and muscle health in a convenient, easy-to-use daily pack.
Caruso’s K2+D3+Magnesium supports bone strength and helps support bone health. Caruso’s K2+D3+Magnesium also supports the body’s absorption of dietary Calcium and Phosphorus. Vitamin D supports the absorption of Calcium into bones and together with Vitamin K2 supports the metabolism of Calcium in the bones.
Caruso’s K2+D3+Magnesium contains six forms of Magnesium in a time-release formula which releases Magnesium into the body over an eight-hour period. Magnesium supports muscle health, healthy muscle contraction and muscle relaxation. Magnesium also supports the health and function of the nervous system, supports a healthy stress response in the body, and supports premenstrual comfort.
Vitamin K2, Vitamin D3 and Magnesium also provides support for heart health and the cardiovascular system. Vitamin K2 provides the additional benefit of helping to support artery and blood vessel health.

Directions
