Ingredients

Ingredients: Whole Milk Powder [Whole Milk Powder, (Emulsifier (Soy Lecithin)], Skim Milk Powder,  Maltodextrin, Sugar, Cocoa Powder (3.5&) Natural Flavours, Vitamins and Minerals (Magnesium, Vitamin C, Vitamin E, Iron, Zinc, Niacin, Selenium, Vitamin A, Chromium, Manganese, Vitamin D, Vitamin B6, Molybdenum, Thiamin, Iodine, Copper, Riboflavin, Vitamin K, Folate). Vegetable Gum (Guar Gum).
Contains milk, soy

Directions

Quick and easy to prepare with 200ml of water. Quarter fill a glass or cup with cold water. Add 55g of Vitaplan® (approx. 9 level tablespoons) and stir well. Continue to stir while filling your glass with the remaining water. For best results, try preparing in a blender or shaker.
