General Information

For a dreamy sleep, take Radiance Dream Sleep up to an hour before bedtime.

Warnings

Ingredients

Each Capsule Contains: Tart cherry (Prunus cerasus) fruit equiv. to fresh 5000mg Magnesium amino acid chelate 250mg providing elemental magnesium 50mg L-theanine 125mg Vegetarian capsule, microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate, silica. No artificial preservatives, flavouring or colours.

Directions

Recommended Dosage: Take 2 capsules 30-60 minutes before bed or as required.
