This syrup blends adaptogenic herbs of Siberian ginseng and ashwagandha with reishi mushrooms and astragalus to help reset the the immune system and restore resilience. This is a great syrup for if you lead a busy lifestyle or just have a lot on.

Ingredients
Each 5ml dose contains:
ASHWAGANDHA
extract equivalent to dry root 205mg
ECHINACEA
extract equivalent to dry root 436mg
ASTRAGALUS
extract equivalent to dry root 865mg
SIBERIAN GINSENG
extract equivalent to dry root 720mg
REISHI
extract equivalent to dry mushroom 386mg
In a syrup base of chicory root fibre, vegetable glycerine,
natural flavours, citric acid and water.
Directions
Take the recommended dose by age group:
(over 12 years)
Everyday support: To support healthy immune
function, take 5mls two to three times daily
OR take a single dose of 10-15mls once per day
if preferred.
Acute support: To support recovery from illness
and low energy levels, take 5mls three to four
times daily. If acutely unwell, take Harker Herbals
Vira Guard.
Can be taken long-term.
