Although Betadine? Sore Throat Gargle is intended to be used in the mouth and throat, you must not swallow it. Gargling is a way to make sure that the product reaches the bacteria in your throat. DO NOT swallow the liquid.

Warnings
Do not use if hypersensitive to iodine. If irritation, redness or swelling develops, discontinue treatment.

Directions
Dilute 1mL to 20mL with water using the measure provided and gargle for 30 seconds. Do not swallow. Repeat every 3-4 hours if necessary.
