Ingredients

Maltodextrin, Balance Protein Blend (34%) [Whey Protein Concentrate (Milk), Skim Milk Powder, Emulsifiers (Sunflower Lecithin, Soy Lecithin)], Creatine Monohydrate, Natural Flavours, Glutamine, Medium Chain Triglyceride Powder, Natural Sweeteners (Thaumatin, Steviol Glycosides). 

Contains milk, soy.

Directions

WHO
 Weight training individuals and bodybuilders, team sports competitors and ‘hard gainers’

WHEN
Use between meals or 60-90 minutes prior to exercise and/or within 30 minutes after exercise as a recovery formula.

HOW
Add 120g (3 raised scoops) to 400ml of water or other beverage. Shake or blend until mixed and serve.

Consume up to 3 serves a day.
