Elastoplast Sport Compression Arm Sleeves Medium 1 Pair are sport compression arm sleeves that boost your performance and recovery. Developed in collaboration with renowned physiotherapists, sport doctors and athletes.
Elevate your performance and combat muscle fatigue with the Elastoplast Compression. Made with compressive knitted fabric that activates the muscles and provides endurance during physical activity and sports, they prevent friction and abrasion. The compression socks also help to improve blood circulation which helps to prevent muscle damage and enhance recovery. Usage is simple: pull the sleeve over your left/right hand fingers first with the label on the backside, pull the sleeve up your lower arm until the small compression zone is placed in the crease of your elbow. Finally, pull the sleeve further up your upper arm until the second compression zone is placed over your bicep muscle without any wrinkles. Developed in collaboration with renowned physiotherapists, sport doctors and athletes, these sleeves are latex free. Size Medium for Wrist girth: 15cm - 18cm Upper arm girth: 27.5 – 33.5cm, large size also available. Always read the label and follow the directions for use.

Directions
How to apply:
1 Pull the sleeve over your right/left hand, finger first. The label should always be on the back side.
2 Pull the sleeve up your lower arm until the small compression zone is placed in the crease of your elbow.
3 Pull the sleeve further up your upper arm until the second compression zone is placed over your bicep muscle without any wrinkles.
Only use on clean, intact skin. The product should be applied as illustrated.
Ensure product is not uncomfortably tight and blood flow is not restricted. Avoid wearing for prolonged periods e.g. whilst sleeping.
USAGE ADVICE
For left and right arm.
Do not use the product if you suffer from poor blood circulation.
Do not use if you have a known allergy to any of the specified materials.
If a rash develops discontinue use.
