Ingredients

50 Billion live cells (CFU) including: Lactobacillus plantarum (Lp-115), Lactobacillus paracasei (Lpc-37), Lactobacillus salivarius (Ls-33), Lactobacillus casei (Lc-11), Bifidobacterium breve (Bb-18), Bifidobacterium lactis (HN019), Bifidobacterium animalis ssp lactis (BI-04), Lactobacillus acidophilus (La-14), Lactobacillus bulgaricus (Lb-87), Bifidobacterium longum (Bl-05). Also contains encapsulating aids.

Directions

Adults take 1 capsule per day with food. If taking antibiotics: take 1 capsule every day during antibiotic use and for 1 week afterward.
