Warnings

Ingredients

• Fish oil: 500 mg (equiv. to Omega 3 fatty acids: 150 mg)
equiv. to Eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) approx.: 90 mg
equiv to Docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) approx.: 60 mg
• Glucosamine hydrochloride: 750 mg
• Chondroitin sulphate: 50 mg

Also contains encapsulating aids.

Directions

Adults: 1 capsule, 2-3 times daily during or immediately after a meal.
