Active Ingredients: Activated charcoal powder: 300 mg. Also contains encapsulating aids.

Contains: Charcoal may interact with other medicines and the absorption of nutrients, so check with your healthcare professional before taking. Ensure adequate fluid intake. Not for long term use. No added artificial colours, flavours or preservatives. Store below 25°C with lid tightly closed.

Directions

Adults take 3-4 capsules 30 mins before and 30 mins after a meal up to 3 times daily.
