AptaGrow is a range of nutrient-dense milk drinks. One glass of AptaGrow contains 1/3 of the recommended dietary intake of key nutrients*, such as iron, zinc and vitamin D.
*Based on the NHMRC nutrient reference values.
AptaGrow milk drink has been designed to support good lifestyle behaviours with no added sugar in all its products in line with the dietary guidelines.
The nutrient levels in the AptaGrow range have been specifically designed based on the NHMRC reference values, to nutritionally meet the growing needs of fussy eaters at different life stages.
Your kids will love this vibrant Tropical Dragon Fruit Smoothie made with AptaGrow. Whipped up in no time, and packed with nutrients using AptaGrow, it's the perfect snack.
INGREDIENTS:
• 1/2 cup frozen pink Dragon fruit
• 1/2 banana frozen or fresh
• 1/2 cup frozen mango
• 1 serve of AptaGrow powder (e.g. 6 level scoops of AptaGrow)
• 3/4 cup (175mL) of lukewarm water
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Add all ingredients to the blender and mix until smooth.
- Add more water as necessary to thin to desired consistency
Preparation Instructions for AptaGrow 1 Years
1. Wash hands before preparing drink. Wash and rinse cup, and all utensils thoroughly.
2. Using the scoop enclosed, fill the scoop lightly and level off using the built-in leveller. Add 6 level scoops of powder to 150mL of lukewarm, safe drinking water.
3. Whisk, stir or shake briskly to dissolve the powder. Serve immediately, or for a cold drink, store in the fridge for 1 hour or until chilled. Stir before use. Discard unfinished drinks.
