As part of a healthy varried diet and prepared as directed, one glass of Complan will help supply essentail vitamins and minerals for the busy day ahead: Vitamin C, Iron & Iodine for wellbeing. Calcium & Vitamin D for Bone health. Zinc & Selenium for immune Support - Avaliable in 4 great flavours! Just mix the Complan Chocolate, Vanilla or Strawberry flavoured powder with water for a delicious drink. For a creamier drink prepare with milk when you need some extra energy and nutrients.
Also Avalibale in Double chocolate flavour- which provides a low lactose option. It is intended to be mixed with soy milk for a low lactose meal replacement drink. The Product DOES NOT contain - Egg, Gluten, Peanuts, Sesame, Wheat, Tree Nuts
