This heat patch delivers a high amount of strong heat and has the potential to cause skin irritation, burns or blisters. Check skin periodically to avoid the risk of burns. Discontinue use if skin sensitivity occurs or the patch gets uncomfortably hot. Consult a doctor before use if you are diabetic, pregnant, have poor circulation, cardiac disease, rheumatoid arthritis, nerve damage, sensitive skin, a skin condition or an allergy to sticking plasters. The risk of burns increases in those over the age of 55. For external use only. Do not ingest as ingredients can be harmful. If swallowed, seek immediate medical help. DO NOT :

• Use if you have allergies, frostbite, scars, any type fo ski damage, open wounds or paralysis
• Use whilst asleep or with prolonged pressure against patch
• Use on infants, children or persons unable to remove the patch on their own
• Use in conjunction with other heating devices, creams, ointments or cortisone-based topical products
• Cut, massage, fold or wet the patch
• Use if patch is damaged, torn or there is content leakage
• Attempt to reheat in oven or microwave
• Use on the same area for more than 8 hours in any 24-hour period
• Use if exposed to Magnetic Resonance (MRI) tests
• Use during sporting activities
