Credit Cards: We accept all major credit cards including Visa and MasterCard. There is no surcharge for Visa or Mastercard transactions with chemistwarehouse.co.nz. Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be billed as soon as your order is placed. This is done to protect the security of your credit card details, as we do not store your card details at any point. In the event that we cannot fulfil your order or some items cannot be shipped, we will refund the difference back to your credit card. These refunds may take several business days to appear on your statement.

Gift Card Terms of Use:

KEY TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR USE: Gift cards are to be treated as cash. Defaced, mutilated, altered, lost or stolen cards will not be replaced, refunded or redeemed. Gift cards are: Redeemable for merchandise or services at all Chemist Warehouse stores; not redeemable for cash and can not be used for payment of credit or retail accounts.
Gift Card balance must be redeemed before expiry date shown on card. As of April 2019 gift card balance has an expiry of 36 months.

It is up to you to use the full value before expiry date, cash will not be given for any unused balance. Unused balance on expiry of this card will not be refunded or credited. If purchase exceeds available card balance, you must make up difference with another payment method. You are liable for all transactions on your card except to the extent to which there has been fraud or negligence by us or any of our employees. Check available card balance by calling 0800 001018. We reserve the right to change any terms. We reserve the right to chance any terms contained in these Terms of use at any time.
