General Information
Women's nutritional needs can be different to men's, so a specialised multivitamin and mineral formation may often be helpful.
This formula:

- Contains Iron which helps support blood health and red blood cell production
- Includes Vitamin D which supports bone health and healthy cardiovascular system function

This product contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150 micrograms for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded.

Directions
