Ingredients
Ingedients Musashi Plant Protein Blend (89%) [Pea Protein Isolate (86%), Brown rice Protein Concentrate (3%), Chia Protein (0.5%)], Soluable Corn Fibre (3%), Natural Flavours, Amino Acids [L-Glutamine (2%), BCAAs (1%), (L-Leucine, L- Isoleucine, L-Valine)], Medium Chain Trilycerides (MCT) Powder (0.5%), Salt, Natural Sweeteners (Thaumatin, Steviol Glycosides), Enzymes (0.2) (Papain).
Directions
HOW: Add 32g (1 level scoop) to 300mL of water in a cup or Musashi shaker and mix until dissolved. Consume immediately.
WHEN: PRE & POST-TRAINING: Use 60-90 minutes prior to exercise or within 30 minutes after resistance training.
DAILY: Can be added to water, smoothies or food as a convenient protein top up throughout the day and on non-training days.
Recommended one-day intake: up to 3 serves.
