To enter, you must do the following during the competition period:
- Purchase any items from Chemist Warehouse New Zealand in-store or online
- Scan the QR code in the December catalogue or visit the website www.chemistwarehouse.co.nz/12days
- Fill out the registration form on the website, and type in your receipt or invoice number
- Agree to the Terms and Conditions

Winners will be announced 12 days before Christmas (13th – 24th December)

|
There is no limit to the number of entries per person. There is a maximum of 1 entry per receipt number/invoice number. The more purchases made, the higher your chance of winning.

Each participant can only win a maximum of 1 prize.

How and when
will the winner/s
be informed?
|
Once we have announced the winner/s on our social media page, we will contact the winner via email and ship the prize directly to the winner/s- signature required.

Additional Conditions

Entry into this competition is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Entries received outside the Competition Period will not be eligible or accepted.
You acknowledge and agree that the Promoter takes no responsibility for entries that are lost, stolen, illegible, misdirected or damaged, however caused.
One winner will be drawn on each draw day (please see ‘What Can I Win’).
Winners must provide The Promoter with a valid delivery address. The Promoter will arrange for delivery of the prize. The Promoter takes no responsibility for prizes which are lost or damaged while in transit.
Winners can only be rewarded one (1) Prize. If a winner is drawn for any additional Prize, the Prize will be forfeited, a further draw will be conducted, and the Prize allocated to the new winner.
All information and data contained in the entries remain the property of CW NZ (except to the extent in contained personal information of the entrant). All personal information will be collected and stored by CW NZ in accordance with the Privacy Act 1993.
Details (initial and surname) of winners will be posted on
www.chemistwarehouse.co.nz/12days during the competition and for a period of at least 28 days after the final draw for this competition.
