Ziziphus jujuba var. spinosa seed dry 1g Magnesium citrate equiv. Magnesium 310mg Zinc glycinate equiv. Zinc 8mg Choline bitartrate equiv. Choline 206mg Inositol 250mg Leucine 500mg Isoleucine 250 mg Valine 250mg Glutamine 1g Taurine 500mg Glycine 3g Colecalciferol (Vitamin D3) 25micrograms Artifical Colour, Natural Flavours, Artificial Sweeteners, Sweeterner, Acidity regulator, Flow Agent, Thickener Contains: Animal products, soya bean products, sucralose, sulfites and sugars.

Directions

HOW: Serve size = 15g (1 level scoop). Adults: Add 1 serve to 250-300ml of cold water, stir until mixed and consume immediately. WHEN: Take 1 serve daily, one hour before bedtime, or as directed by our healthcare professional. Store in a cool dry place below 25°C. Discard contents 6 weeks after opening.
