Arnica montana (Arnica) ext. ……….250mg
Equiv to dry flower……….….….250mg
Directions
Adults and children over the age of 12.
Apply 5g (approx. 1 tsp) to the affected area(s) and massage gently until fully absorbed once or twice daily
