ADULT DOSAGE:

General Health: One capsule daily.

Brain Health & Nervous System Support: One capsule daily.

Cardiovascular Health: Two capsules daily.

Mood Balance: Three capsules, twice daily.

Healthy Blood Lipids: Seven capsules daily.

Joint Support: Five capsules, twice daily.
